Where we deliver

UK mainland and Northern Ireland. International shipping considered on request - please contact us with the destination and item.

Shipping cost

We quote shipping per enquiry because cost varies dramatically by size and weight. A small electrical part may ship for £4-6 (Royal Mail Tracked 48); a bonnet or door will go on a pallet for £40-60.

Free delivery on UK mainland orders over £150 (subtotal).

Dispatch times

• Small / medium parts: same day if paid before 2pm Monday-Friday, otherwise next working day
• Pallet items (panels, doors): dispatched within 2 working days

Delivery times

• Couriered small/medium parts: 1-3 working days, tracked
• Pallet items: 3-5 working days, kerbside delivery
• Highlands & Islands: add 1-2 working days

Couriers we use

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (small parts)
• Evri / Parcelforce (medium parts)
• Pallet network (large/heavy items)

Collection

Free collection is welcome from our workshop. Get in touch to arrange a time.

Damaged in transit

Inspect parts on delivery where possible. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll resolve it - usually a replacement or refund.
