All parts are used (or refurbished, or 'new old stock') and clearly labelled. Every listing tells you the exact condition. We don't sell parts as new.

Where it's reasonable to test (electrical, mechanical), we bench-test before listing and mark the listing as 'Used - Tested'. Some parts can't be meaningfully tested off the vehicle - those are marked 'Used - Untested' and priced accordingly.

Every listing shows the donor vehicle (make, model, year, engine). If your car matches, the part fits. Where we know other compatible vehicles, we list them. If you're unsure, message us with your reg number and we'll confirm.

Shipping is quoted per enquiry because cost varies wildly between a small electrical part and a bonnet. We'll quote you the exact cost when we reply to your enquiry. UK delivery over £150 is free.

Once payment is confirmed, small parts ship the same day if before 2pm, otherwise next working day. Most arrive within 1-3 working days via tracked courier. Large items (panels, doors) go on a pallet and take 3-5 working days.

Once we confirm availability and shipping, you can pay by bank transfer (preferred - no fees) or card over the phone. We don't currently accept online card payments through the website.

Return it within 14 days for a full refund. We pay return postage if the part was mis-described on our side; you pay return postage if it's a change of mind or fitment issue on your side. See our Returns Policy.

Currently UK-only. Contact us if you need international shipping and we may be able to arrange it.
